Stephen Corbin is the Head of People & Organization for Fragrance & Beauté at CHANEL, a position they have held since 2012. Prior to this role, Stephen served in various HR leadership positions at CHANEL, including Group Director for People & Organization and Executive Director of HR Excellence. Earlier experience includes roles at Convatec, Bristol Myers Squibb, Target, and HEI Inc., where they developed a strong background in human resources and operations. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
