Youen Chen

Youen Chen is an experienced social media and e-commerce project manager with a strong background in the luxury sector. Currently serving as Chef de Projet Social Media Global at 香奈兒 since May 2021, Youen previously held roles such as Assistante Chef de Projet Social Media at CHANEL and Assistante Chef de Projet E-commerce at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included coordinating e-commerce operations and optimizing website SEO. Additional experience includes positions at Louis Vuitton as an interpreter, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP in marketing and communication, and Moncler in CRM analysis for the APAC region. Youen holds a degree in Luxury Marketing and Management from emlyon business school and studied Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design.
