Yuko Cai is an experienced project management and change management professional with over 13 years of expertise in delivering successful programs across various domains, including strategic planning and business process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Change Management in Finance at CHANEL since 2023, Yuko previously held roles at APM Terminals and Twill, driving business growth and enhancing customer experiences. Yuko’s career began with a management training program at Maersk Group, and they hold an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Laws from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
