Change Drivers
Eric Mayne is the Founder and Executive Director of Change Drivers, an organization established in February 2023 that focuses on enhancing self-sufficiency and economic mobility in underserved communities, specifically targeting the New American community through driver’s license training. Prior to this role, Eric founded and served as the CEO of Living Stone Concrete Design from April 2009 to December 2022, where the company specialized in pre-cast decorative concrete and developed premium hand-crafted Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) with a diverse workforce. Eric has pursued ongoing personal development through the educational initiative "Life Itself," aiming for continual growth and happiness since May 1976.

We assist with overcoming Key barriers many New Americans face when attempting to gain independence: -Access to drivers education training which blends with language barriers. -Cost of behind the wheel driving practice sessions. -Confidence in realizing their previous job skills & talents are needed by local business which can result in a successful career. -Connections and networking contacts for employment placement which line up with their skills, talents and goals. -Independence gained through purchase of a reliable vehicle (with possible financial assistance).
