Rob Atkins is the Co-Founder of Change Gap, a consulting and technology business focused on addressing the evolving challenges in Financial Services. With over 30 years of experience in credit and operational risk as well as programme management, Rob previously held leadership roles at major institutions such as Barclays, Allied Irish Bank, and Lloyds Banking Group. They have been instrumental in delivering critical risk and regulatory change programmes and are a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. Rob holds a degree in Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
