Lee Marks MA has extensive experience in leadership and training within the fields of domestic abuse and substance misuse. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Locality Manager at Change Grow Live since September 2022, Lee previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Innovation for Change and Break the Silence UK, where responsibilities included developing training packages to engage services supporting victims of domestic abuse. Additionally, Lee has worked as an Organisational Trainer at substance Services, providing training across UK front line sites and fulfilling an essential role in the support of vulnerable individuals dealing with substance misuse as a Substance Misuse Worker. Lee's background also includes serving as a Male Domestic Abuse Coordinator at Stonham Housing Association, where development of the Rejuvenate recovery programme was a key focus. Lee holds a Pearsons (BTEC) Level 3 in Education and Training from HWGTA.
