Marcus Steinle has extensive experience in leadership and operational roles, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and previously in multiple executive capacities at Change Incorporated since January 2013, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Facilities, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Director, and Business Manager. Steinle also held the position of Director of Facilities at both Maple Leaf Manor and Meadowbrook Manor in mid-2021. Prior military service includes the role of Master-at-Arms in the U.S. Navy Reserve from January 2010 to January 2018. Educational credentials include studies at CSB Media Arts Center and the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, culminating in completion of the Master Recording Program II focused on Audio Engineering and Sound Design.

Change Incorporated was established in 2009, as a community based organization that provides recovery for mental health clients throughout the State of Connecticut. Change Inc. is Commissioned on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), a provider for Allied Community Resource Inc. and Advanced Behavioral Health. Our services are provided throughout the following counties within Connecticut: Litchfield, Hartford, Tolland, Windham, New London, Middlesex, and New Haven. Change Inc. provides daily assistance to individuals with many different disabilities by trained professionals that provide in-home services to help them live and enjoy a productive, independent, and fulfilling life.
