Change it Up Professional Development helps trainers, facilitators and leaders grow their skills in facilitating groups, delivering training, and supporting change.
“I would recommend this program for every employer out there, every school out there.” - Trainer, Trade Winds to Success Training Society

This online, interactive course teaches and models hands-on techniques, strategies and methods that can be used immediately. From setting the stage for learning, to creating safe and brave spaces for growth, the CiU P.D. will help participants take a strength-based, holistic, and trauma-aware approach in their work - no matter the experience level or the specific content taught.

98% of participants to date would recommend this training to others and 99% report having more tools, techniques or approaches that help them do their job better.

“I have been facilitating groups for years, and found new tools and tips that I have already implemented.” - Senior Manager, Habitat for Humanity

The PD runs in small group, interactive sessions via Zoom (2.5 hrs. X 4 sessions), with additional self-paced learning modules (10 hrs.). These hours can be used as Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in many Professional accreditation programs.

“I feel like anyone who coaches, trains or recruits would benefit.” - CiU PD participant, 2023

The CiU PD is based on the very successful Change it Up materials and approach, which gathers over a decade of research and on-the-ground programming into the CiU Curriculum; a collection of 15 strengths-based, soft-skill training workshops that are holistic, hands-on, learner-centered, and trauma aware.
