Rhonda Mower, MSM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Mower served as HR Director at Metropolitan Services Group and as Human Resources Manager at RavenWing, Inc., which was later acquired by Boeing. At The Boeing Company, Mower advanced to the position of Senior HR Business Partner/Acting Human Resources Manager. Subsequent roles included Regional Recruiter at Starbucks and Senior Vice President of Special Initiatives at Volunteers of America, where the organization achieved Great Place to Work Certification for multiple years. Mower currently serves on the Board of Directors at Change Machine and is a member of Chief, a network promoting women's leadership.
