ShaWanda Manuel-Braham

ShaWanda joined Change Machine in December 2019. In her role as Executive Coordinator, she coordinates the day-to-day operations for the CEO and other relevant C-Suite staff, serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors, and works closely with key staff members to develop new funder engagements and cultivation strategies. ShaWanda has over 20 years of experience within the nonprofit sector, focusing on administrative, human resources, and organizational management at a few prominent nonprofit organizations in New York and South Florida.

ShaWanda is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), and Vice President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women – Greater Miami Chapter.

ShaWanda holds a Master of Public Administration from Metropolitan College of New York and a Professional Human Resource Certification (PHR) from Nova Southern University.
