Andra Roston

Andra Roston is an experienced professional in user support and customer service, currently serving as the Head of User Support at Change.org since April 2021. Previously, Andra held roles such as Interim Chief of Staff to the COO and User Support Manager at Change.org. At Venngage, Andra was the Customer Support Manager, successfully leading a distributed team to enhance customer interactions and implement effective processes. With prior experience as a Community Lead at Flexday, Employee Onboarding Specialist at Zapier, and various roles in customer support and education, Andra combines managerial expertise with a strong foundation in customer relationship management.
