Brad Henrickson

Brad Henrickson is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as CTO at Change.org since June 2023, Brad is also an advisor at The Phoenix Project, supporting trauma recovery initiatives. Involvement includes co-organizing the San Francisco CTO Club, providing coaching through Henrickson Leadership, and previously holding interim CTO positions at It's Good and as CTO at Scoop Technologies, where leadership during the pandemic was pivotal. Earlier roles include VP of Engineering at Earnest Inc. and Keen IO, and co-founder positions at Shotwell Products and Zoosk, with a strong focus on product development and technology strategy. Brad holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Washington and attended the University of Minnesota.
