Jen Lee

Jen Lee is an accomplished legal and operations professional with a diverse background in program management and paralegal work. Currently serving as a Legal Program Manager at Change.org since May 2021, Jen previously held positions as Operations Manager at Icebox and Legal Operations Associate at RSF Social Finance. Jen's experience also includes a paralegal role at Fragomen, operations monitoring at USC School of Cinematic Arts, and research assistance with Young & Global Partners SA. Early career engagements include a summer internship in destination management with MCI Group and a management aide position at Plan International. Jen holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California and completed secondary education at Seoul International School.
