Meg McClean serves as the Chief of Staff to the CMO at Change.org since April 2025. Previously, Meg held the position of Senior Strategist at Reconsidered from January 2022 to March 2025, collaborating with the Founder and Lead Impact Strategist to develop impact strategies and communication plans. As a Strategist and Facilitator at Rise to Zero from March 2023 to March 2024, Meg led climate training sessions aimed at empowering industry professionals to adopt climate-friendly practices. Prior experience includes serving as a Sustainability Specialist at LCBO, where Meg executed the Spirit of Sustainability strategy, and as a Client Strategy Manager at PUBLIC Inc., where Meg developed strategic plans for diverse organizations. Meg's educational background includes specialized studies in Promoting Sustainability in Fashion from the University of the Arts London and a bachelor's degree in Journalism and History from Carleton University.
