Adrian Russo is an accomplished talent acquisition executive with extensive experience in building and leading recruitment functions across various organizations. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Swish Analytics, Adrian successfully implemented a People & Talent function from the ground up and led international expansion efforts. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Caribou and T-Rex Solutions, where significant team growth and recruitment strategies were developed, as well as co-founding RecruitLocator. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master of Science in Advanced Information Technology from Stevenson University, Adrian has consistently demonstrated a strong capability in scaling talent acquisition processes and enhancing overall hiring efficiency in multiple high-stakes environments.
