Barnaby Shearer is an experienced software engineer and architect with a robust background spanning over two decades in technology development and leadership. Currently serving as Lead Architect at ChangeEngine since January 2022, Barnaby previously held significant positions such as Software Engineer at Tails.com and RolePoint, as well as Head of Engineering at Wirehive, where leadership was centered on delivering process automation tools. Barnaby founded DrivesEtc, focusing on cloud storage solutions, and contributed to various companies, including Aardpress and Echelon Learning, where expertise in e-commerce and publishing technology was developed. Early career experience includes foundational roles at iWare Information Design and JJ Marketing.
