Billy Moyer is an experienced leader and strategist based in Austin, Texas, currently serving as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor at Refuerzo Collaborative. They co-founded the Bashley Foundation to enhance education-focused non-profit initiatives and have served as the Founder & CEO of SOS Leadership since 2008, providing coaching and consulting to organizations globally.
