Billy Moyer

Billy Moyer is an experienced leader and strategist based in Austin, Texas, currently serving as a Board Member and Strategic Advisor at Refuerzo Collaborative. They co-founded the Bashley Foundation to enhance education-focused non-profit initiatives and have served as the Founder & CEO of SOS Leadership since 2008, providing coaching and consulting to organizations globally. Additionally, Moyer has held multiple interim executive roles and co-founded Bashley Collaborative to support non-profit leaders through collaboration. They are also an adjunct professor of Leadership Studies at Concordia University Texas and are pursuing a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University.
