Prior to this, Britney served as a Fractional People, Employee, and Workplace Leader at People First Method, providing strategic consulting for talent and operations in startups. Additional roles include Global Director of Workplace Experience + Design at Harness, where responsibilities encompassed a global workplace design strategy and corporate event management, as well as senior managerial positions at companies like Bread and Riskified, emphasizing employee experience and culture.
