Carol Trinh

Carol Trinh is a seasoned people operations leader and startup consultant with extensive experience in HR systems and operations. Previously, they managed HR operations at Zazzle, focusing on payroll and analytics, and contributed to significant productivity improvements. At Dealpath and Tia, Carol designed and implemented HR systems, optimized payroll processes, and led technology upgrades to enhance the employee experience. Currently, they serve on the advisory board for ChangeEngine and provide guidance as an advisor for Aidora. Carol is pursuing a BS in Biology at Santa Clara University and a Level in Data Analytics at Northeastern University.
