Elles Skony is an experienced founder and fractional people leader with a diverse professional background, currently serving as the Founder and Fractional People Leader at Organized Chaos Consulting and Fractional People People. Skony also holds the position of Chief People Officer at Petite Plume Luxury Sleepwear and has played strategic advisory roles for several organizations, including The Josephine Collective and ChangeEngine. Previously, Skony was Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff at Catch Co., contributing to their innovative approach in the sportfishing industry. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Purdue University and additional studies at Regent's University London and New Trier Township High School.
