Gail Tolbert, SPHR, RCC, CCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and people operations. Currently serving as a Senior Professional Employee Relations Consultant at the University of Colorado Boulder, Gail has previously held prominent positions, including Global Talent Acquisition Strategy Consultant at Wells Fargo and Chief People Officer at Vxtra Health. With a strong background in developing HR strategies for fast-growing technology companies, Gail has successfully managed diverse HR functions, including employee recruitment, performance management, and compliance.
