Jodi Reynoso

Jodi Reynoso is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in organizational growth and culture enhancement. Currently serving as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine since September 2024, Reynoso previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Crownpeak, where significant organizational restructuring and integration of a global acquisition were achieved. Earlier roles include SVP of People and Culture at CognitOps, where talent management initiatives were implemented, and VP of Global HR & Facilities at Mitratech, overseeing HR operations for a substantial workforce expansion. Jodi Reynoso also owned and operated Bodega Del Tequila and has held various HR management positions at Parker Hannifin, Rockford Mass Transit District, and Minarik Automation & Control. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Miami University.
