Katasha Harley

Katasha Harley is a global human resources leader with extensive experience across consumer products, media and entertainment, and non-profit sectors. Previously, Katasha served in various human resources roles at organizations such as L'Oreal USA, Elizabeth Arden, and The New York Times, where they focused on talent recruitment, organizational strategies, and inclusion efforts. Currently, Katasha is the Chief Talent Officer at McCann New York and the Chief People Officer at Bravely, while also advising at ChangeEngine. Katasha holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University.
