Kelly Heath is the Head of People and Agency Operations at Gupta Media and a Board Member of BIMA. With extensive experience in Agency Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development, Kelly has built teams that inspire creativity and drive financial growth. Previously, Kelly held significant roles at Harris & Love Advertising and Tank Design, leading major projects and implementing key operational processes. Kelly is also an advisory network member at ChangeEngine and participates in the resource community for Chief People Officers at Knoetic. Currently, Kelly studies English and Communications at Boston College.
