Kerrya Allen

Kerrya Allen serves as the Associate Director of Executive Communications & Learning Enablement at SiriusXM since April 2021, focusing on internal communication and learning within the Technology Organization. Prior roles at SiriusXM include Senior Manager in the same field. Kerrya is also an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine, which enhances employee communication strategies in remote work environments. Previous experience includes senior communication and marketing roles at JUUL Labs, BOS Brands, ARYA for Life, Core Nutrition, Suja Juice, Switch, and Rockstar Energy Drink. Kerrya holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Marketing, and Political Science from San Diego State University and completed additional studies at the University of Washington in 2020.
