Kristina Bernhard

Kristina Bernhard, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of Talent at Kognitiv Inc. and has held multiple leadership roles in talent management and HR systems throughout their career, including positions as Workday HCM Manager and Client Services Manager. Previous experience includes serving as the Head of Talent at Rooster Scheduling and as a Manager of Talent Management at Floor & Decor, where Kristina also acted as the Product Lead for HR Systems focused on Workday. Additionally, Kristina has served as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine and worked as a Workday Architect at Alight Solutions. Kristina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
