Malvika Jethmalani is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in private equity-backed organizations, having served as Chief People Officer at MDLIVE, Inc. and Mistplay, and as Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Whole Earth Brands. They are recognized for their strategic HR initiatives, including significant reductions in turnover and succession planning whitespace, and for fostering talent development at a global scale. Currently, Malvika advises organizations, contributes as an author, and leads initiatives such as Women Shaping AI and Atvis Group.
