Natacha Unelus

Natacha Unelus currently serves as an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine since October 2023. Previously, Natacha held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Head of People & Talent at Radancy from April 2022 to June 2025, leading the global People team strategy and directly reporting to the CEO. Natacha also worked as a Human Resources Director at Radancy, where leadership of the global HR strategy involved collaboration with 1,000 employees across multiple regions. As a Fractional Chief People Officer at Fierce Properties from December 2020 to April 2022, Natacha focused on legal compliance and practical HR solutions. Natacha's earlier experience includes roles at the Fashion Institute of Technology as Director of HRBP, emphasizing talent strategy and employee relations, and as a Human Resources Business Partner. Natacha is pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics from LSU Shreveport and holds a certificate in Optimizing Diversity on Teams from the University of Pennsylvania.
