Rachel Pearce

Rachel Pearce is a communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and marketing strategy. They served as Head of Communications at Wayfair, developing a robust employee communications function during a period of rapid growth and change. Previously, Rachel worked as Head of Internal Communications at HubSpot, where they led strategic content initiatives for a large workforce. They also contributed to the success of notable brands during their tenure at Cone Communications and State Street. Rachel holds an M.B.A. from Boston University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from Boston College.
