Joy Ratala is a seasoned professional in change management with extensive experience in various roles. Since November 2018, Joy has been serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant at ChangeFolio. Prior to this, Joy held managerial positions at Standard Bank South Africa and Standard Bank Group from April 2015 to November 2018 and March 2009 to March 2015, respectively, contributing to sales enablement and provincial change initiatives. Joy began a career in recruitment at NL Recruitment in London from December 2005 to May 2007, and holds an Honours degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a Programme for Management Development from GIBS Business School in 2017.
