Ashley Lai is a full-stack developer at ChangePlusPlus, where they develop software solutions for non-profit organizations, and also serves as a senior consultant at Anchor Marketing, crafting marketing strategies for local businesses. They are the technical lead for the Google Developer Student Club at Vanderbilt University, designing and leading workshops in frontend and backend skills. Previously, Ashley held the position of software engineer intern at deMAURIAC, where they developed the MVP of a web platform aimed at empowering women-led businesses. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Vanderbilt University and serve as a teaching assistant for a program design and data structures course.
