Romy Kamstra is a GZ-psychologist at Changes GGZ, specializing in the treatment of eating disorders using schema therapy. Previously, Romy completed an internship at St. Antonius Hospital, focusing on personality disorders and depression through various therapeutic approaches. Romy also engaged in research during a bachelor thesis at Emergis, exploring the quality of life of patients with eating disorders pre- and post-treatment. Currently, Romy is furthering their career in medical psychology at Bravis Hospital as part of the GZ-training. Romy holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tilburg University.
