Phil Gorf

Phil Gorf is currently an Operations Development Manager at DHL Supply Chain, where they leverage extensive experience in engineering and logistics. Over the years, Phil has progressed through various roles, including Project Manager and Senior Process Improvement Advisor, and has demonstrated a talent for process improvement and team leadership. Additionally, Phil serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, advocating for the rights of individuals with visible differences and providing expert guidance to organizations. Phil is also an ambassador for Changing Faces, dedicated to challenging stereotypes and promoting visibility for their community. They hold a B-Tec in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Milton Keynes College.
