Stella Liapi

Stella Liapi is a skilled Research and Data Analyst at Changing Lives since October 2021, focusing on the STAGE project, which aims to provide trauma-informed support for women affected by sexual exploitation. Responsibilities include conducting research to advocate for improved resources and funding, collaborating with project partners for data collection, and analyzing external data to enhance service delivery. Previously, Stella worked as a Specialist ISVA, offering support to individuals involved in sex work and vulnerable to exploitation, and as an Anti-Human Trafficking Advocate at Ashiana Sheffield, assisting Black, Minority Ethnic and Refugee women affected by violence and abuse. Stella's early career includes a role as a Support Worker at Mencap, where support was provided to individuals with learning disabilities. Stella holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with Criminology from the University of York.
