Changing Norms, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to bridging the gap in urban education by building powerful partnerships across schools, communities, and the public/private sectors.

Our mission is to empower traditionally underserved youth by expanding access to transformative STEM education, college and career readiness programming, and real-world experiential learning.

Through holistic support and culturally responsive programming, we help scholars reimagine what’s possible for their futures, families, and communities.

We don’t just disrupt norms. We change them.
