Melissa Eagan

Melissa Eagan is an accomplished training manager and expert in adoption and change management, currently employed at Changing Social since March 2022, where focus is on helping organizations adopt Office 365. Previously, Melissa operated as a self-employed computer applications instructor and consultant from October 2011 to March 2022, delivering custom training in Microsoft applications across Colorado. Additional experience includes applications instructor roles at multiple organizations, such as AdvantEdge Training, The Training Associates, LeaderQuest Denver, Judge Learning Solutions, and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Melissa holds a graduate degree in Learning Design Technology with a specialization in Instructional Design and Adult Learning from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College.
