About Us: CTMS was established in 2018 to provide mental health services to youth and adults. The goal is to provide confidential access to professional mental health services, comprehensive educational resources, and proactive well-being initiatives designed to create a culture of empathy and support.

Programs: CTMS offers programming for the community, youth and adults with our 3 program models:
1. Bullying Can't Stop Me - Youth Ambassadors: This program is designed to address the pervasive issue of bullying and its lasting impact on youth and young adults. 
2. Workplace Mental Health (BAM) and Employee Mental Wellness & Support (EMS): This program model aims to create a thriving work environment by prioritizing employee mental health, fostering a positive workplace culture, and actively mitigating toxic work environments.
3. Thriving Minds, Connected Hearts: The program will provide a comprehensive approach, combining education, support, and practical tools.
