Nathan Regier, Ph.D., is a leading figure in workplace conflict resolution and organizational compassion, currently serving as the Founding Member of the Changing Work Collective and the CEO of Next Element. Since 2008, Nathan has been a Certifying Master Trainer of the Process Communication Model and teaches the Psychology of Conflict Communication at Pepperdine University’s Strauss Institute. Nathan has also directed Prairie View’s organizational consulting division and created The Compassion Mindset, a framework for fostering a culture of compassion in the workplace. With a background in psychology and consulting, Nathan is dedicated to transforming workplace dynamics through innovative training and compassionate strategies.
