Joseph Silvestro, Jr. serves as the Director of Business Development at Channel Fish Processing since May 2017, where responsibilities include development, marketing, and sales of seafood products in various sectors, with a focus on increasing sales and promoting sustainable food practices. Prior to this role, Joseph worked as a Product Specialist-Center of Plate/Seafood at Gordon Food Service from August 2011 to April 2017, contributing culinary knowledge and marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance skills among the sales team and customers. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Fitchburg State University and an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Long Island University, complemented by education from the Northeast Broadcasting School and Foley School of Fish.

We can vacuum pack, skin pack, and provide IQF product. Our facility, built in 2018, is FDA, USDC, and USDA certified, and we conduct several SQF audits annually. CFP has also achieved an AA Grade BRC rating. CFP can also produce chicken, beef, pork, and vegetable items given its USDA accreditation.
