Jacques Bégin has extensive experience in the technology and sales operations field. Jacques is currently the Head of Market Research at Channel Program, where they focus on uniting MSPs and vendors through online events, marketplace growth, and market research. Prior to this, Jacques was a Global Competitive Intelligence Analyst at ON24 and the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Competitive Intelligence at Salesloft. Jacques also served as a Principal Analyst at Forrester, advising CMOs and CSOs on the sales and marketing B2B tech stack. Earlier in their career, Jacques worked at SiriusDecisions as a Research Director and Research Analyst, and at Gartner in various roles such as Senior Writer, Executive Client Manager, and Client Inquiry Analyst.

Jacques Bégin's education history is as follows:

- From 2007 to 2010, Jacques attended the University of Connecticut School of Business and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Marketing.

- Between 1996 and 2000, Jacques earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Connecticut. Jacques'sfield of study included French and Anthropology.

- In 1998, Jacques obtained Le Certificat de Langue Française from Université Paris-Sorbonne.

- From 1998 to 1999, Jacques studied French, History, Anthropology, and Sociology at Université Paris 8.

Additionally, Jacques has acquired various certifications, including Reiki II (Usui Shiki Ryoho) from Jiiva Yoga, Healing & Wellness Center in 2023, PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in 2021, and a Meditation Facilitator certification from Jiiva Yoga, Healing & Wellness Center in 2020. In 2019, Jacques obtained Reiki I (Usui Shiki Ryoho) from Jiiva Yoga, Healing & Wellness Center. Furthermore, Jacques holds a Competent Communicator (CC) certification and a Competent Leader (CL) certification from Toastmasters International, both obtained in 2013. Lastly, Jacques became a certified Scuba Diver through NAUI Worldwide in 2005.
