Peggy Walker is an experienced broadcast professional, currently serving as a continuity announcer for Channel 4 and UKTV, as well as a radio newsreader for Radio News Hub and BBC local radio. With a background as a broadcast journalist for BBC News, primarily at BBC Radio Sheffield, Peggy has a rich history in news reporting. Peggy was also the editor and co-host of the podcast ‘Dementia and me,’ which focuses on the experiences of individuals living with dementia. Peggy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield and a postgraduate diploma in Radio Journalism from Leeds Trinity University.
