Ria Chatterjee is an accomplished reporter with extensive experience in the field of journalism. Currently serving as a reporter for Channel 4 since July 2022, Ria previously worked for ITV News from October 2011 to November 2022, covering stories for ITV's London Tonight and ITV News. Prior to ITV, Ria was a reporter and producer for BBC South East Today from February 2008 to October 2011 and served as a journalist at Sky News from October 2005 to February 2008, where responsibilities included news assistance and planning. Ria began the journalism career at Bloomberg News as a producer in 2005. Ria holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from Cardiff University, completed in 2006, and a Joint Honours degree in English and Drama from Royal Holloway, University of London, earned in 2004.
