Will Clark began their work experience in 1995 as a Manuscripts Assistant at The British Library. Will later worked as a Junior Graphic Designer at Proximity London from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they became a Production Assistant at Cinesite. Will then joined Viacom in 2001 as a Creative and Director for MTV UK. From 2004 to 2008, they worked at Channel 4 as a Creative and Director. After that, they worked as a Freelance Writer and Director from 2008 to 2010. Will then became the Head of Creative UK at Comedy Central from 2010 to 2013. Will Clark then joined ITV in 2013 as a Creative Director for ITV2, ITV4, and ITV Player. Will worked as a Writer/Director/Creative from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Creative Director for E4 and Channel 4 Comedy at Channel 4 since 2016.
Will Clark attended Central St Martins from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained a foundation degree in Art and Design. From 1997 to 2000, they then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film and Photography at Camberwell College of Art and Design.
