Daryl Timmerman has held various roles in support and management within the eCommerce industry since 2012. Currently, Daryl serves as Manager Support and Team Lead Technical Support at ChannelEngine since April 2021. Prior to this, Daryl was with Lightspeed HQ from November 2016 to March 2021, starting as Product Owner eCommerce after the acquisition of SEOshop by Lightspeed POS. Daryl's career at Lightspeed (formerly SEOshop) began in April 2012, where Daryl progressed from Design & Technical Support to Team Lead CST, and eventually established the Escalation Team to address complex customer challenges. Daryl holds a degree in Interaction Design from Mediacollege Amsterdam, completed in 2012.
