Randy Petrus

Randy Petrus is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Manager of People Operations at ChannelEngine since January 2023, Randy oversees global payroll and employer of record operations in over 10 countries while building and managing the HR Operations team. Prior to this, Randy worked at VodafoneZiggo for over seven years, where responsibilities included merging HR service teams, optimizing processes, and managing HR operations. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Bodysports and Publitas.com, as well as significant tenure at Fujitsu Technology Solutions, where Randy held multiple leadership positions related to service desk operations and technical support. Randy holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from ISBW University for Professional Studies and an Associate's degree in Human Resources from Hogeschool ISBW.
