Sheldon Pinnoy is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and driving innovation in e-commerce solutions. Currently serving as Head of Engineering at ChannelEngine since September 2022, Sheldon oversees a cross-functional organization focused on enhancing marketplace integration for brands and retailers worldwide. Prior to this role, Sheldon was an Engineering Team Lead at TFGLabs, where responsibilities included building autonomous software engineering teams. Sheldon has also held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at TFG, contributing to the development of e-commerce order fulfillment systems. Previous roles at SearchLight Software, Synerics, Xlink Communications, and Standard Bank provided a solid foundation in software development and customer relationship management. Sheldon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Systems from Monash University, awarded in 2011.
