Alan O'Sullivan

Alan O'Sullivan has a strong background in technical project management and software development. Alan is currently working as the Technical Lead for Data Acquisition at ChannelSight, a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Technical Project Manager at Greenfinch Technology Ltd from April 2016 to May 2019.

Before their role at Greenfinch, Alan worked at emuse technologies where they held multiple positions. From May 2014 to April 2016, they worked as a Technical Project Manager and Scrum Master, overseeing projects from ideation to delivery and managing day-to-day tasks for design and development teams. Alan also held the role of Team Lead Software Developer from April 2011 to April 2016, focusing on Interactive IPTV, web, and mobile development.

Alan's earlier experiences include working as a Web Applications Developer at eShopWorld in 2010, a Web Applications Developer at ESB ICT from September 2009 to October 2010, a Software Developer at EirGrid from October 2007 to October 2009, and an IT Specialist at IBM Global Services from April 2006 to October 2007.

Alan O'Sullivan attended Dublin City University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Management Information Systems, General and another Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science. In addition to their degrees, they also hold a certification as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1), which they obtained from Scrum.org in February 2016.
