Ronan O'Callaghan

Head of Client Onboardings, ChannelSight at ChannelSight

Ronan O'Callaghan has over 20 years of work experience in the eCommerce, mobile marketing, and software development industries. From 2017 to present, they have been the Head of Client Onboardings at ChannelSight: eCommerce Intelligence, where they are responsible for defining, implementing, and championing processes and procedures critical to the planning, delivery, tracking, and auditability of client onboardings. Ronan also previously held the role of Project Manager - Strategic Implementations and Agile Program Manager. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Head of Campaign Operations at Brandtone, where they were responsible for designing, delivering, and managing mobile marketing campaigns for Brandtone's blue-chip clients across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC markets. Ronan also held the roles of Senior Campaign Operations Manager and Campaign Operations Manager. From 2000 to 2012, they were a Software Project Manager, Senior Software Developer, and Software Developer at Zamano. Ronan was responsible for all aspects of project delivery, wrote detailed technical specifications from high-level business specifications, and developed programming systems.

Ronan O'Callaghan has a diverse educational background. Ronan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from Trinity College Dublin in 1999. Afterwards, they earned a Post Grad Dip in Information Technology from Dublin City University in 2000. In 2008, they graduated from UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School with an MSc in Project Management. Ronan also attended Gonzaga, though no further information is available.
