Richard Meints

Richard Meints has over 30 years of work experience. Richard currently holds the position of President at Chaosium, which they started in June 2015. Previously, they worked at Performance Management, Inc. for over 25 years. In their roles at Performance Management, Inc., they were a Project Manager from February 2002 to April 2015, where they were responsible for providing training and user support for a large manufacturing and industrial engineering database. Richard also served as the European Project Lead from May 1995 to February 2002, where they supported the development and deployment of the same database and documented system functions and features. Additionally, they were the Training and Documentation Project Lead from 1989 to 1995, where they provided training and user support for several customized corporate systems and designed and developed end-user documentation. Prior to their time at Performance Management, Inc., they worked as a Resident Advisor at the University of Michigan from August 1986 to June 1988.

Richard Meints attended the University of Michigan from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science.
