Andrew Thomaides

Andrew Thomaides, CEPA®, is an enterprise President and growth executive with over a decade of experience in operations and leadership. They currently serve as Chief Operating Officer and Integrator (Fractional) at Levelheaded, where they focus on scaling operations and building a high-performance culture. In addition, they hold various fractional roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Soaring Technologies LLC and Improving Sales Performance, where they specialize in driving operational excellence and sales growth. Andrew also founded Entegro in 2023, providing on-demand executive leadership to help businesses align strategy and execution. They graduated from American University with a B.A. in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics, and Government.
